Responsibilities

• Direct and guide the activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems.
• Prepare and present reports outlining the outcome of technical projects and make recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
