Texas Instruments Incorporated is seeking an Analog Design Manager to lead and guide the analog and mixed-signal design function. You will direct activities to design, develop, modify, and evaluate analog components for electronic equipment and hardware systems, while evaluating R&D outcomes to ensure technical objectives are met.

You may also select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function and present reports with actionable recommendations.

In this role, you will direct and guide the activities of a research or technical design function responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. You may also evaluate final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. In addition, job functions include preparing and presenting reports outlining the outcome of technical projects and making recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results. As an Analog Design Manager, you may also select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
