Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced professional to lead an Analog IC design team from definition to release. You will own product aspects, coordinate with design verification, layout, and test teams, and interact with customers to ensure designs meet needs.

The role requires strong CMOS knowledge, 7+ years in analog design, and proven leadership in delivering silicon next-generation solutions. On-site in Dallas with a path toward senior responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 7+ years of analog design experience.
• Experience leading full chip or analog design lead.
• Strong understanding of signal processing and low-noise, low-distortion, low-power design.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Analog IC design team with product ownership and responsibility from definition to release to manufacturing.
• Direct and participate in activities designing and evaluating electronic parts and ICs.
• Develop schedules and monitor progress across projects.
• Evaluate results during design and silicon evaluation to meet objectives.
• Guide physical designers and monitor IC layout progress.
• Collaborate with Design Verification during pre-PG to complete tasks before PG.
• Work with systems, applications, and marketing to prepare product briefs and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with validation and test teams to enable production transfer.
• Interface with customers and TI field teams to understand designs and support as required.
• Participate in hiring and developing personnel for organizational growth.
