Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant analog design experience.
• Experience designing power modules (regulators, LDOs, charge pumps) or high-speed modules (transceivers, PLLs, oscillators) is preferred.
• Knowledge of device physics and process technology trade-offs.
• System-level understanding and ability to translate requirements to IC specifications.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and modify analog and mixed signal electronic parts and ICs.
• Collaborate with design, layout, verification, validation, and program management teams.
• Create block-level specifications for designs and manage schematic generation and simulation.
• Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure specifications and reliability.
• Supervise layout and oversee the tape-out process to the fab.
• Support silicon validation, testing, qualification for reliability, and ramp to mass production.
