Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Round Rock seeks an experienced electronics engineer to design and develop analog circuitry for signal processing. You will create schematics, select components, and lay out PCBs while coordinating with Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Quality teams.

You will review test data, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with EMC/EMI and nuclear standards. Travel to customer sites may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen in the Round Rock area or able to obtain required clearance.
• B.S. in Electronics Engineering with 5+ years in industry.
• Proficiency in SPICE modelling, schematic capture and PCBA toolsets (Altium).
• Strong analog electronics and board design knowledge, EMC/EMI compliance understanding.
• Team-based collaboration and ability to review/test data and documents.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog circuitry including schematic creation and PCB layout for signal processing electronics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality teams.
• Create and maintain test reports, drawings, procedures, PPSs, ECNs, BOMs.
• Review and approve test data and others' documentation.
• Identify issues and risks; propose effective solutions.
• Perform product compliance testing to nuclear standards.
• Monitor component obsolescence for new/legacy designs.
• Support customer approvals and source inspections; train internal/external customers.
