Job summary

DCG Poland seeks a senior data engineer to advance AML and Transaction Monitoring initiatives for projects across multiple countries in the US. You will design detection logic, build scoring models, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions.

This role emphasizes hands-on analytics, data-driven decision making, and strong English communication in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Transaction Monitoring concepts.
• Experience designing detection logic and scoring models.
• Strong data analysis experience.
• Practical experience in financial crime projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile ways of working.
• Ability to optimize scoring models, calibrate thresholds, and support governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the receivables stream in a Contextual Monitoring solution.
• Design and implement AML detection logic using contextual data.
• Develop and configure scoring models in the monitoring platform.
• Design and optimize TM use cases for Money Laundering detection.
• Calibrate scoring models and set detection thresholds.
• Ensure explainability and governance of AML scoring.
• Support regulatory initiatives across countries with data integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate regulation into tech.
• Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical leadership.
