The role combines hands-on AML/KYC expertise with people leadership to ensure timely reviews and consistent compliance decisions.

The Manager will direct investigations, strengthen controls, and partner with internal teams and third-party administrators to maintain effective AML/KYC workflows and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required with AML certification preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on AML/KYC compliance experience.
• Experience leading analysts or supervisors in AML/KYC.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. AML, BSA, OFAC, and SAR processes.
