As an Advanced Metering Infrastructure Program Management Senior Manager, you’ll lead AMI programs across planning, mobilization, and delivery, guiding multi‑workstream teams and vendor coordination to realize benefits.

You’ll build senior stakeholder relationships, shape pursuits, and drive organizational change while delivering rigorous PMO governance and stakeholder reporting in North American markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMI program management pursuits, including client strategy, solution development, pricing, proposals, orals and internal approvals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders and represent the practice in governance forums, executive briefings and pursuit discussions.
• Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, business process design, requirements, organizational readiness, field deployment, testing and operationalization.
• Stand up and operate integrated PMOs, including governance, planning, RAID and dependency management, change control, vendor coordination and executive reporting.
• Manage large, multi-workstream teams and fixed-fee engagement economics, including scope, staffing, deliverable acceptance, change orders, risks and quality.
• Develop AMI delivery methods, reusable assets and team capability while coaching workstream leads and supporting a high-performing culture.
