Job summary

SECO Energy is seeking an AMI Analyst III to act as the senior technical expert for the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the AMI and MDMS. You will lead the AMI Analyst team, coordinate priorities, mentor members, and partner with IT, Billing, Engineering, and Member Services to ensure seamless operations.

The role focuses on data accuracy, issue escalation, and delivering operational analytics to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Four (4) years of experience supporting AMI MDMS or related utility technologies.
• Education: Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Pre-employment checks including background, physical and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership to the AMI Analyst team and coordinate workload priorities.
• Promote best practices and support consistent operational performance.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex AMI issues and collaborate with IT, Billing, Engineering, and Member Services.
