Job summary

UCLA Health and David Geffen School of Medicine seeks a Sr. Licensed Vocational Nurse to support patients across 25+ specialties within UCLA Health's ambulatory network. You will provide patient care and clinical support across multiple clinics and travel to various sites in Southern California.

Qualifications

• Ability to be highly flexible and travel to multiple UCLA Health community sites.
• Active CA LVN license with IV therapy and blood withdrawal.
• Active BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience performing phlebotomy, injections, CPR, and other skills within scope of practice.
• Ability to take vital signs, administer medications, and obtain drug refills.
• Interpersonal skills in maintaining a cooperative working environment with physicians and staff.
• Knowledge of instruments and supplies to perform physical examinations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and clinical support across multiple ambulatory clinics.
• Support clinic operations and staffing needs across practices.
• Travel to UCLA Health ambulatory community clinics throughout Southern California as required.
