Job summary

Vitamix is seeking a Sr. Manager, Amazon to shape and execute the strategic roadmap for the company’s Amazon 1P and 3P ecosystem.

This senior role leads data and analytics, partnering with Media, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to translate strategy into a unified commercial plan. You will challenge the status quo, establish operating plans, performance standards, and cross-functional governance, while coaching the Amazon team and external partners to achieve sales and profitability

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, or related commercial function.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop Amazon (1P & 3P) strategy and annual operating plan with the Director.
• Own and refine the Amazon operating model and governance.
• Drive improvements to strategy, processes, and organizational alignment.
• Own channel data and analytics as the single source of truth (sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, promotions, inventory, Buy Box).
• Convert data into insights and actions with financial impact.
• Align media, brand, content and promotions into an integrated strategy.
• Validate and govern forecasts with Finance and Supply Chain.
• Lead joint business planning and vendor negotiation strategy; prepare executive reviews.
• Manage the Amazon team and external partners; set priorities and accountability.
