Job summary

Extension eCom is seeking an Amazon Brand Manager to work directly with brands on Amazon, guiding strategy and coordinating with a dedicated team including PPC Specialist, Marketing Assistant, Catalog Manager and Design Project Manager. You will conduct client meetings, share strategic recommendations, and translate them into actionable tasks for your team.

You will manage ongoing client communications and drive profitable growth across campaigns, catalog optimization, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Prior Amazon/e-commerce experience.
• Customer facing experience.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
• Enjoys being on meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications via email, Slack, and meetings.
• Run client meetings and provide strategic recommendations.
• Delegate strategies to the team (PPC Specialist, Marketing Assistant, Catalog Manager, Design Project Manager).
• Collaborate with client to grow their brands profitably on Amazon.
