Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. seeks a Coating Technician I/II in Sacramento to anodize aluminum parts and manage related processes. You will operate and troubleshoot PAA room equipment, maintain logs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of metal coating processes, chemicals and various materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and write manufacturing docs and logs.
• Willingness to train/learn in other departments as required.
• Must be able to maintain respirator fit and wear protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Anodize aluminum parts via phosphoric acid anodizing and alodining.
• Operate related equipment (oven, pressure washer, spray booth, crane).
• Maintain traveler records and department logs.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance and 5S standards.
• Assist with other assignments and departments as needed.
