Job summary

VETS, Inc. is seeking a Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst/Alteryx analyst to join our team in a full-time, remote opportunity based in the Saint Louis area. The role requires US citizenship and an active clearance on day one, with 10% travel.

You will lead data analytics and reporting efforts, design and maintain Alteryx workflows, and deliver data-driven insights through reports and dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• US citizen with Secret security clearance or ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• Experience leading data analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Proficient in Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and analysis.
• Strong SQL, Python, and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with ERP systems, data migration, and large data sets.
• Knowledge of data governance and metadata management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data analytics and reporting professionals on large datasets.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex Alteryx workflows for data prep and analysis.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality within Alteryx workflows.
• Analyze business processes to identify improvements using Alteryx.
