Qualifications

• 5+ years in asset management, investment distribution, alternatives business development, or related financial services.
• Ability to develop client relationships, manage sales pipelines, and drive growth across intermediary/wealth channels.
• Strong understanding of alternative investment strategies and their client portfolio roles (real assets, private capital, real estate, credit, infrastructure).
• Ability to communicate complex investment concepts clearly to financial advisors and sophisticated investors.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital formation for Nuveen’s alternative strategies across wealth distribution channels (wirehouses, private banks, RIAs, family offices).
• Represent Nuveen’s alternatives platform with clarity to intermediary relationships.
• Partner with distribution, investment, product, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver coordinated client experiences.
• Provide market education and insights to sales partners and advisors on Nuveen’s alternative strategies and portfolio implementation.
• Manage regional business development pipeline with disciplined opportunity management and follow-up.
