Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in asset management, investment distribution, alternatives business development, or related financial services.
• Ability to develop client relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and drive growth across intermediary channels.
• Strong understanding of alternative investment strategies and their role in client portfolios.
• Ability to communicate complex investment concepts clearly to financial advisors and institutions.
• Travel willingness within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital formation for Nuveen’s alternative investment strategies across wealth distribution channels.
• Represent Nuveen’s alternatives platform with clarity to key intermediary and advisor relationships.
• Partner with distribution, investment, product, and marketing to identify growth opportunities and deliver a coordinated client experience.
• Provide education and market insights to sales partners, financial advisors, and intermediary relationships.
• Manage a regional business development pipeline and convert opportunities into asset growth.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships to expand Nuveen’s alternatives presence.
