Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in asset management, investment distribution, alternatives business development, institutional sales, wealth management, or related financial services role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and drive measurable business growth across intermediary or wealth distribution channels.
• Strong understanding of alternative investment strategies and their role in client portfolios, including private markets, real assets, private credit, income-oriented solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital formation across wealth distribution channels for Nuveen’s alternative investment strategies.
• Represent Nuveen’s alternatives platform with clarity to intermediary and advisor relationships.
• Partner with distribution, investment, product, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver a coordinated client experience.
• Provide education and market insights to sales partners and financial advisors on Nuveen’s alternative strategies and industry trends.
• Manage a regional business development pipeline with disciplined opportunity management and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships to expand Nuveen’s alternatives presence and long-term growth.
