Job summary

BBH is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst - Alternatives in Boston. You will draft private equity and hedge fund financial statements, coordinate with the Fund Reporting Manager, and ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.

You'll monitor regulatory changes, communicate timelines with the team, and contribute to the automation of reporting processes using BBH systems. A BS/BA in business and 3–5 years in funds finance are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business related concentration preferred, or equivalent discipline.
• 3–5 years of alternatives/mutual fund industry experience including 1–2 years in financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage multiple projects under deadline.

Responsibilities

• Draft annual and quarterly financial statements for private equity and hedge funds.
• Collaborate with Fund Reporting Manager on procedures and timetables.
• Stay updated on laws and regulations affecting financial statements.
• Communicate with Financial Reporting Team Leader on timelines and with other BBH departments.
• Assist in reviews of junior staff work and internal policy compliance.
