Base pay range

$132,288.00/yr - $191,082.67/yr

Senior Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time, Experienced

Department: Finance

As a CGS Senior ALS Lab Manager, you will leverage industry knowledge, market research, and have wide-ranging experiences across operating systems and coding languages. You will serve as the lead manager responsible for the delivery of lab data processing services, ensuring incoming productions meet ESI specifications, and providing detailed notices of deficiencies to case attorneys.

Skills and attributes for success:
  • Lead manager responsible for delivery of lab data processing services
  • Ensure timely and accurate task completion; analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files per ESI specs
  • Consult with attorneys/support staff on best practices; participate in teleconferences upon request
  • Ensure incoming productions meet ESI specifications; notify case attorneys of deficiencies
  • Keep clients informed on lab activities, deadlines, technical challenges, and resource availability
  • Support webhosting for unsupported cases managed by the lab
  • Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, including scheduling, requirements assessment, work assignment, deadline management, reporting, and QC of deliverables
  • Advise clients on all phases of the EDRM, especially Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production
Qualifications:
  • Extensive Relativity experience required
  • Relativity certifications (RCA, Analytics Specialist) preferred
  • At least 8 years in eDiscovery roles, including processing, data conversion, culling, QA, database management, and review
  • At least 5 years in management/supervisory roles
  • Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery and EDRM workflow
  • Knowledge of document review software (iConect, Relativity, Venio, etc.)
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field; waiver possible with approval
Preferred:
  • Experience with litigation support tools like LAW, IPRO, Concordance, MS Office, LiveNote
