As a CGS Senior ALS Lab Manager, you will leverage industry knowledge, market research, and have wide-ranging experiences across operating systems and coding languages. You will serve as the lead manager responsible for the delivery of lab data processing services and ensure that incoming productions meet applicable ESI specifications, providing detailed notices of deficiencies to case attorneys.

Skills And Attributes For Success
  • Lead manager responsible for delivery of lab data processing services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate task completion; analyze, develop, and implement processing approaches for electronic files according to ESI specifications.
  • Consult with attorneys and support staff on best practices for conforming to ESI specifications; participate in teleconferences with co-counsel, client agencies, and opposing counsel as needed.
  • Ensure incoming productions meet ESI specifications and notify case attorneys of deficiencies.
  • Keep clients informed about lab activities, deadlines, technical challenges, and resource availability.
  • Support webhosting for unsupported cases managed by the lab.
  • Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, including scheduling, requirements assessment, work assignment, deadline management, progress reporting, and quality control.
  • Advise clients on all phases of the EDRM, especially Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production.
Qualifications
  • Extensive Relativity experience required.
  • Relativity certifications such as RCA and/or Analytics Specialist preferred.
  • At least eight years of eDiscovery experience, including electronic file processing, data culling, QA, database management, and data analysis.
  • Minimum five years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
  • Knowledge of document review software like iConect, Relativity, Venio, or similar tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or related field; waiver possible with approval.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with litigation support tools such as LAW, IPRO, Concordance, MS Office Suite, and LiveNote.
