Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Senior Asset/Liability Strategist to support the ALM department. The role focuses on developing and maintaining advanced analytical frameworks to aid Treasury, Finance, and Risk Management decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative background, extensive experience with asset/liability modeling, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CFA or related quantitative degree preferred.
• 5+ years in Treasury, Finance, Risk Management or related functions.
• Experience with asset/liability modeling software (Bancware, Empyrean, QRM).

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain the asset/liability model monthly to forecast the Bank's net interest income and market value profile.
• Review model inputs and document methodologies, data sources, and validation procedures.
• Design dashboards and automated reporting for stakeholder consumption.
• Collaborate with lines of business, finance, operations, accounting, and other areas to enhance forecasting and provide strategic balance sheet insights.
• Communicate complex financial issues clearly to senior Treasury and Finance managers, audit, and model risk management.
• Support capital planning, stress testing, liquidity analysis, and funds transfer pricing where needed.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and model governance frameworks.
