Job summary

KeyBank is seeking an Lead Treasury ALM Analyst in Cleveland, OH, to support interest rate risk management, IRR forecasting, and balance sheet modeling within the ALM production team.

You will work with data/tech teams to load inputs, run models, and analyze outputs for risk decisions. Strong Excel, Python, and SQL skills are essential, as is the ability to translate complex model outputs for leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in banking or financial services with ALM/IRR exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred Finance/Economics/Math.
• Advanced Excel with quantitative analysis.
• Strong communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support interest rate risk management and forecast IRR metrics.
• Execute portions of the monthly IRR production process.
• Model the balance sheet in QRM for ALM, funding and liquidity.
• Partner with data/tech teams to improve model inputs and process.
• Present results to Treasury leadership with clear insights.
