Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Associate Director, Early Portfolio Alliance Management & Operations. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

We seek a proactive leader to manage early-portfolio alliances across discovery, preclinical, and early clinical stages. You will collaborate with Oncology Strategy, VP Discovery, TA leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive scientific integration and timely delivery of joint objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 10+ years in pharma/biotech, or PhD/Master with 6+ years.
• Experience in alliance management, partner-facing roles, or cross-functional project management in pharma/biotech.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of discovery-to-early-clinical partnerships and collaborations.
• Serve as primary operational liaison between Janssen internal teams and external partners.
• Plan and run governance and scientific meetings; track actions and deliverables.
• Support development and refinement of joint R&D plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Create, maintain, and communicate timelines and milestone trackers.
