E&M Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior All Source Analyst (Network Analysis) to join the NGIC-support team in Reston, VA. The role demands handling all-source analysis for national security tasks and close collaboration with multiple intelligence disciplines.

Requirements include 8+ years of experience or 12+ years with no degree, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI with CI poly. The position emphasizes independent work and rigorous tradecraft.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree or 12 total years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursuit of developments impacting tradecraft.
• Ability to define comprehensive or unique research approaches for rigorous assessments.
• In-depth analysis across organizational and intra-IC boundaries with clear findings.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Review analytic products for cogent arguments and strengthen analytic tradecraft.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of maintaining a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support client analytical requirements for a Weapons of Mass Destruction program.
• Conduct analysis using multiple sources to assess and forecast national security issues.
• Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense needs.
