Job summary

Amentum is seeking a senior all-source analyst to serve as the program's authority on analytic tradecraft, supporting all-source teams across DIA's centers. This player-coach role maintains quality standards while remaining engaged in analytic production.

In this role, you will mentor practitioners across DIA centers, shape hiring and training, and follow a defined leadership path. Contingent on contract award, with a safety-conscious, compliance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 10+ years of all-source intelligence analysis supporting DoD or the Intelligence Community
• Demonstrated experience reviewing intelligence products against IC analytic standards
• Experience mentoring, training, or leading analysts

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the program's analytic tradecraft standards, aligned with Intelligence Community Directives 203 and 206
• Lead product quality and peer review; coach analysts on sourcing, argumentation, and expressing uncertainty
• Mentor all-source analysts across centers and build their professional development and certification paths
• Author and maintain tradecraft procedures and position guides for all-source functions
• Serve on hiring panels and technical review boards for all-source candidates
• Contribute to analytic production as a senior analyst
