Job summary

CGS seeks a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support client leadership with intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting from Arlington, VA. You will mentor analysts and GSOC operators, ensuring actionable intelligence aligned with client needs.

The role requires proficiency with analytic techniques, tools, and the ability to brief senior leaders. On-site deployment readiness and collaboration across IC/DoD are essential.

Qualifications

• Six+ years as an all-source intelligence analyst with DoD or equivalent government agency; four+ years at operational level.
• Proficiency with current all-source analytic techniques, theory, methodologies, processes and trends.
• Expert knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
• Experience delivering intelligence briefings at Lt Col (O-5)/GS-14 level or higher.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Produce intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders and staff.
• Interface with Combatant Command and IC counterparts for collaboration and situational awareness.
• Provide all-source analytic support to CT/VEO, CWMD, TCO, SIA, targeting and crisis response operations.
• Direct and mentor a team of intelligence analysts and GSOC Operators.
• Ensure quality control of products and actionable intelligence for clients.
• Be prepared to deploy for 24/7 operations as needed.
