Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a senior all-source analyst to support the DIA team at the Pentagon. The role focuses on multi-source intelligence analysis, producing high-quality deliverables and briefings for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a TS/SCI clearance, a strong background in ICD 203 tradecraft, and experience within US intelligence community environments. The position includes a fixed shift schedule and on-site work at the Pentagon in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, US government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training.
• Knowledge of the US IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Experience with strategic intelligence writing and tradecraft.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for clients from tactical to strategic levels, including briefings.
• Knowledge of ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a polygraph.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature
• Provide all source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Have some in depth China knowledge across politics, military, and econ, with a focus on military capabilities. Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, US government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training.
• Knowledge of US IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Experience with strategic intelligence writing and tradecraft.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings.
• Knowledge of ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.

5-week Rotation

• Week 1: M-F / 0600-1400
• Week 2: M-F / 1400-2200
• Week 3: M-Sun / 2200-0600
• Week 4: Admin M-F, work Sat/Sun 0600-1800 (Admin time, provides balance work/life schedule, enables the employee to relax or travel, etc.)
• Week 5: On-call M-Sun

Then cycle repeats.

Preferred Qualifications

Analyical experience with the INDOPACOM problem set

• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing and a willingness to learn.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $120,000-$124,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
