Job summary

QinetiQ US seeks a senior all-source analyst to support the DIA team at the Pentagon. You will conduct analysis, synthesize information from multiple sources, and deliver products for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a TS/SCI clearance with 7+ years of intelligence analysis experience and demonstrated expertise in strategic writing and briefings. Shift patterns are defined by a rotating schedule with national security impact.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of US IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Experience with strategic intelligence writing and tradecraft.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for clients at tactical to strategic levels.

• Have in depth China knowledge across politics, military, and econ, with a focus on military capabilities.

• Provide all source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policy makers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Have some in depth China knowledge across politics, military, and econ, with a focus on military capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, US government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training.
• Knowledge of US IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Experience with strategic intelligence writing and tradecraft.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings.
• Knowledge of ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam #QinetiqClearedJob
• Shift: Yes, details below: 5-week rotation:
• Week 1: M-F / 0600-1400
• Week 2: M-F / 1400-2200
• Week 3: M-Sun / 2200-0600
• Week 4: Admin M-F, work Sat/Sun 0600-1800 (Admin time, provides balance work/life schedule, enables the employee to relax or travel, etc.)
• Week 5: On-call M-Sun

Then cycle repeats.

Preferred Qualifications

• Analyical experience with the INDOPACOM problem set
• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing and a willingness to learn.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $120,000-$124,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
