Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a senior all-source analyst to support the DIA team at the Pentagon. You will analyze information from multiple sources to explain national security developments and tailor deliverables for senior policymakers, including formal briefings.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to work a rotating shift schedule in a high-security environment. The position is based at the Pentagon with facilities in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, US government all-source analytic production, or specialized intelligence analysis training.
• Knowledge of US IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Experience with strategic intelligence writing and tradecraft.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings.
• Knowledge of ICD 203 analytic tradecraft standards.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam #QinetiqClearedJob
• Shift: Yes, details below: 5-week rotation: Week 1: M-F / 0600-1400 Week 2: M-F / 1400-2200 Week 3: M-Sun / 2200-0600 Week 4: Admin M-F, work Sat/Sun 0600-1800 (Admin time, provides balance work/life schedule, enables the employee to relax or travel, etc.) Week 5: On-call M-SunThen cycle repeats.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle.
• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing and a willingness to learn.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $120,000-$124,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
