Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Senior All-Source Counterterrorism Intelligence Analyst to support habeas corpus proceedings involving GTMO detainees. You will conduct classification/declassification reviews, produce summaries, and coordinate with DoD components, OCAs, and attorneys to ensure timely, accurate handling of sensitive information.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a Master’s degree (or a Bachelor's with extensive experience), and a proven track record in all-source

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Master's degree and at least 12 years of relevant all-source intelligence analysis or classification/declassification experience; OR Bachelor's degree with at least 17 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and/or classification/declassification activities.
• Ability to independently manage complex assignments while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and under moderate oversight.
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive, accurate analytic products with minimal revisions.
• Strong analytical, research, written communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Review DoD documents, assess classification needs, and suggest declassification per DoD guidance.
• Coordinate with intelligence professionals, OCAs, and interagency stakeholders for handling sensitive information.
• Conduct classification and declassification reviews of DoD intel documents.
• Prepare downgrading/declassification notes and supporting summaries.
• Apply DoD guides to evaluate continued classification and recommend declassification.
• Prepare classified and unclassified intel summaries with OCAs/attorneys.
• Coordinate classification equities with DoD components and national agencies.
• Collaborate with legal, intelligence, and interagency stakeholders to resolve classification questions.
• Produce accurate analytical products while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
