Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Senior All-Source Counterterrorism Intelligence Analyst to support Habeas Corpus-related proceedings. The role involves critical intelligence analysis, classification and declassification reviews, and coordinating with DoD and interagency partners on sensitive GTMO materials.

Candidates should have TS/SCI with polygraph, a master’s degree with extensive experience, or a bachelor’s with extensive experience, and demonstrate strong written and analytical skills for high-stakes

Qualifications

Master’s degree in any field plus 12+ years of relevant experience in all-source intelligence analysis or classification reviews.
Bachelor’s degree in any field plus 17+ years of relevant experience.
Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
Ability to manage complex assignments independently while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong written and analytical communication skills.

Responsibilities

Review DoD documents, assess classification needs, and recommend declassification.
Coordinate with DoD, OCAs, and interagency stakeholders to manage sensitive information.
Conduct classification/declassification reviews for GTMO detainee-related materials.
Prepare summaries supporting declassification decisions for release levels.
Apply DoD guides to determine continued classification and potential declassification.
