Job summary

A Veteran-Owned Small Business is seeking a Senior All Source Collections Requirements Manager in the United States. This full-time position involves supporting intelligence operations, coordinating collection requirements, and identifying intelligence gaps. A Bachelor's Degree or at least six years of relevant experience is required, along with proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of intelligence systems. • Thorough understanding of DoD collection techniques.
• Proficient in intelligence-related automation.
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint) and intelligence related automation.

• Experience with IC collection management systems (e.g., Coliseum).
• Experience with JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the USFOR-G and Collection Management Division.
• Coordinate ISR collection requirements.
• Identify intelligence gaps and produce collection requirements.
• Develop new training tools.
• Travel as required throughout the CJOA to accomplish support activities.
• Identify intelligence gaps and produce collection requirements.
• Assign priority intelligence requirements to collection platforms and produce an all-source collection plan.
• Communicate with higher/lower echelons and disseminate collection plans.
• Ensure data dissemination, publish reports, and post on appropriate websites when required.
• Monitor, validate, and distribute new collection requirements.
• Develop training tools and deliverables (training plan, tools, updated TTPs).
• De-conflict or collaborate on theater HUMINT requirements.
• Give presentations and briefings as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the USFOR-G and supported unit Collection Management Division.
• Coordinate all ISR collection requirements and ensure all intelligence data is properly disseminated within the CJOA.
• Travel (ground/air) as required throughout the CJOA and IOT accomplish support activities.
• Identify intelligence gaps and produce collection requirements.
• Assign priority intelligence requirements to collection platforms and produce an All-Source Intelligence collection plan.
• Communicate with higher and lower echelon units and disseminate collection plans.
• Ensure all intelligence data is properly disseminated throughout the CJOA, publish reports, and disseminate via email and post on appropriate websites when required.
• Monitor for, validate, and distribute new collection requirements when required.
• Develop new training tools; ad hoc/anticipated deliverables include training plan, training tools, and updated TTPs when required (CDRL A019).
• De-conflict or collaborate on theater HUMINT requirements.
• Give presentations and briefings when required.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor's Degree OR at least six years of direct relevant experience.
• Thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (including PowerPoint) and intelligence related automation.
• Knowledge and familiarity of systems such as Falconview and C2PC.
• Experience with IC collection management systems (e.g. Coliseum) mission applications.
• Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.).
• Strong writing and briefing skills.
• Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team.
• Capable of effective communication.
