Job summary

Cherokee Strategic Edge, part of Cherokee Federal, seeks a Senior All Source Analyst to join the Technology Transfer Analysis Team. The role analyzes intelligence from multiple sources to forecast national security developments and support U.S. government missions.

Requirements include an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph, and at least eight years in all-source analysis. A Master’s degree is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability and willingness to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph.
• Eight years of experience in All Source Analyst work, with recent experience within the last two years.
• Master’s degree in a related field is highly desired.
• Knowledge of advanced intelligence concepts, principles, practices, laws, regulations, methods, and techniques.
• Knowledge of IC/DIA missions and tradecraft guidance.

Responsibilities

• Locate, synthesize, and interpret large amounts of textual and technical all-source intelligence information.
• Prepare extensive written assessments and disseminate information through reports and briefs.
• Develop analytical approaches to problems with incomplete data or no precedent.
• Research, analyze, interpret, and integrate complex all-source intelligence data on technology transfer topics.
• Develop innovative analysis approaches and validate conclusions, maintaining intelligence databases and sharing relevant information.
• Brief and defend analytical outcomes with peers and customers within the IC.
• Conduct end-user assessments for U.S. export license applications.
• Research, write, and publish risk assessments for technology transfer snapshots.
• Produce foreign investment assessments affecting defense industrial base.
• Provide S&T analysis to identify emerging technologies potentially enabling foreign military capabilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
