Job summary

Cherokee Insights, part of Cherokee Federal, seeks a mid-level Targeting Analyst to identify, assess, and disrupt threats to cleared industry, cleared personnel, DOD, and DCSA. You will develop targets and generate all-source intelligence products to support USG responses.

Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. This is a full-time role with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have an active Top Secret / SCI level security clearance.
• Desire to have a minimum 8 years of experience related to the Targeting Analyst role with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Preferred to have a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop targets and target systems for joint lethal and/or non-lethal engagements.
• Develop target nominations, create database records, and databases target intelligence products.
• Produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments.
• Conduct collateral damage estimation and target list management.
• Develop and operationalize an enterprise security risk management methodology across Government and industry stakeholders.
• Identify adversarial entities targeting cleared industry facilities, information, personnel, and/or technologies.
• Develop target products that facilitate USG responses to adversary action.
• Draft multidisciplinary targeting products to support national security objectives.
