Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst to support USCYBERCOM J2 at Fort Meade, MD. You will fuse intelligence from SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and technical intrusion data to produce finished intelligence products for General/Flag Officers.

You will track adversary TTPs and support offensive and defensive cyber operations planning. The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, extensive experience with DoD ICD standards, and strong analytic and briefing skills.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• 12 years with BS/BA or 10 years with MS/MA or 7 years with PhD or 16 years without a degree
• DoD Directive 8140-equivalent training or certification
• Experience with all-source analytic concepts, IC/DoD classification guidelines, and structured analytic techniques
• Experience with production tools and the listed databases/tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security and cyber threats
• Research and deconflict single-source reporting, technical intrusion data, finished intelligence, and open-source information
• Categorize cyber threats and malware to identify trends in TTPs
• Produce intelligence products adhering to ICD 203 standards with minimal corrections
• Provide all-source JIPOE support to offensive/defensive cyber operations planning
• Develop and present intelligence briefings to USCYBERCOM staff up to Generals/Flag Officers
• Communicate with IC counterparts and DHS/NCSD, CERTs, and IA Centers
• Produce bulletins/briefs on TTP changes and cyber threat trends
• Support cyber exercise scenario development and RFIs

Responsibilities

Cyber threats don't announce themselves — they have to be found, characterized, and understood before they can be countered. Peraton is looking for aSenior All-Source Analyst to do exactly that, supportingUSCYBERCOM J2 intelligence production at Fort Meade, MD.

In this role, you'll fuse intelligence from across all disciplines — SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and technical intrusion data — to produce finished intelligence products that reach General Officer and Flag Officer audiences. You'll track adversary TTPs, support offensive and defensive cyber operations planning, and serve as a senior subject matter expert on the threats facing the DoDIN and U.S. critical infrastructure. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for analysts who are ready to operate at the top of their craft.

What You'll Do

• Conduct all-source analysis from multiple intelligence disciplines to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues and cyber threats
• Research, evaluate, and deconflict single-source classified reporting, technical intrusion data, finished intelligence, and open-source information
• Categorize and characterize cyber threats and malware to identify trends and changes in adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Produce intelligence products adhering to ICD 203 standards, requiring minimal corrections from DIA analytic reviewers
• Provide all-source JIPOE support to offensive and defensive cyber operations (OCO/DCO) planning and execution
• Develop and present intelligence briefings and slides to USCYBERCOM staff up to General Officer/Flag Officer level
• Establish and maintain communications with IC counterparts, USCYBERCOM service components, DHS/NCSD, CERTs, and Information Assurance Centers
• Produce bulletins and briefs on TTP changes and technical trends in cyber threats directed at DoDIN and U.S. critical infrastructure
• Support cyber-related exercise scenario development, white cell participation, and role-playing activities
• Respond promptly to J2 and USCYBERCOM staff Requests for Information (RFIs)

Qualifications

What You Bring

Required:

• ActiveTop Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA or 10 years with MS/MA or 7 years with PhD or 16 years without a degree
• Possesses either a certificate of completion /or verified work experience/course work equivalent to the skills identified in DoD Directive 8140
• Working knowledge of all-source analytic concepts, IC/DoD classification guidelines, and structured analytic techniques
• Experience in production tools and database:Tripwire, Intellipedia, Palantir, MIDB, CyberCOP, Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, AMHS, Network Knowledge Base, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder, and Microsoft OneNote
• Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, assessments, and briefing materials in Microsoft Office formats
• Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information, recognizing nuances and resolving contradictions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated grammar proficiency
• Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across technical sensors and HUMINT sources

Preferred:

• Background in cyber threat analysis, malware characterization, or DoDIN defense
• Experience producing products in accordance withICD 203, 206, 208, and209standards
• 12+ yearsof relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
