The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 4–6+ years in threat intel or emergency management, and experience with ECC/EOC operations, threat assessments, and incident coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Intelligence Studies, Business, Risk Management, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of relevant experience in threat intelligence, emergency management, security operations, or resilience.
• Certifications such as AEM, CEM, ABCP, CBCP, CPP, PSP, ITIL, PMP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads ECC watch desk activities, monitoring, situational updates, and threat intelligence.
• Gathers and validates threat information from internal and external partners.
• Develops threat assessments, briefings, and common operating picture updates for leadership.
• Executes coordination tasks during incidents, activations, exercises, and real-world events.
• Reviews playbooks, identifies gaps, and implements updates or corrective actions.
