Job summary

Binance is seeking a senior quantitative trader to design and operate algorithmic strategies across multiple products. You will own the strategy development roadmap and collaborate with quant developers to deploy robust trading solutions.

You will analyze market microstructure, optimize execution, and work with a global team in a fast-paced environment. A master’s in a quantitative field and 5+ years of relevant experience are required, with strong Python, SQL, and C++/Rust skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or CS.
• 5+ years in a similar quantitative trading role.
• Experience in market microstructure and order-book analysis.
• Algorithmic trading and execution strategy design experience.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL; C++/Rust a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and improve high-performing algorithmic strategies for different products.
• Own strategies development and growth roadmap, aligned with business mandates.
• Collaborate with quant developers to deploy strategies and risk controls into production systems.
• Coordinate onboarding of new instruments and funding requirements with stakeholders.
• Initiate projects to innovate trading and execution across platforms and on-chain infrastructures.
