• 8–10 years of experience supporting front office investment management applications.
• Strong hands-on expertise with BlackRock Aladdin and front office workflows.
• Solid understanding of the investment lifecycle and business processes.
• Ability to interact effectively with portfolio managers, traders, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for Aladdin and front office apps.
• Investigate and resolve issues impacting portfolio management, order management, and trade workflows.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive issues to resolution.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Build automation scripts (Python) to improve operational efficiency and monitoring.
• Support production releases and change management in a global environment.
