Job summary

UnitedHealthcare is seeking an AJO Campaign Developer within Medicare & Retirement to design and optimize consumer journeys and workflows across a complex marketing organization. You will leverage campaign and journey management tools to craft logic that delivers seamless customer experiences, while ensuring quality through rigorous QA and testing.

The role requires SQL proficiency, knowledge of relational databases, and solid project management to monitor, automate, and enhance campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a marketing-related role with omni-channel campaign development and execution.
• 3+ years with Adobe Campaign/Journey/CJA and related tools.
• Proven experience with relational databases, data management, and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer journey and batch-related workflows within a complex Marketing organization.
• Work with campaign/journey management applications to derive and improve logic.
• Create logic that enables the desired consumer experience across channels.
• QA and testing for Campaign/Journey builds to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Delivery Support Leads to resolve customer issues.
• Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them.
• Solve complex problems with broad team impact and participate in large projects to achieve key objectives.
