Job summary

Disney Entertainment & Sports LLC in Glendale, CA is seeking a Sr Planning & Delivery Analyst (Airtable) to design, build, and support scalable Airtable solutions that power planning and reporting workflows.

You will integrate multi-source data, optimize processes, and partner with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality and governance while delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, operations, or technical solution delivery.
• Proven experience designing and implementing data-driven tools and workflows.
• Strong understanding of planning, portfolio, or delivery operations environments.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and complex data manipulation.
• Strong communication skills translating between business and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Airtable solutions including multi-source data models, synced tables, interfaces, and automations.
• Integrate Airtable with external systems via APIs and planning tools; develop data pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven improvements.
• Provide system administration and support for Airtable-based tools, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Develop and maintain Airtable-based reporting layers and metrics for decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tooling, and data processes; document scalable practices.
