HNTB Corporation's National Aviation Planning + Environmental Practice is recruiting Senior Aviation Terminal Planners to lead analytical and spatial analyses at large- and medium-hub airports across the United States, from space programming to master planning and conceptual design. Expertise with Revit is required.

The role involves managing projects end-to-end, developing proposal content, negotiating contracts, and delivering projects on time and on budget while improving customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Engineering, Geology, Biology, Environmental Science, Anthropology, Archaeology, or related field with 10 years relevant experience
• 2 years of successful management of projects

Responsabilités

• Develop project scope and fee quotations and assist in preparing technical proposals and contracts
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project teams to deliver scope, schedule, and budget to client satisfaction
• Lead and prepare design documents, technical plans, and written reports
• Implement the firm’s project delivery plan and lead development and execution of the project management plan
• Oversee project staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews
• Support business development through client relationships and pursuit efforts
• Lead proposal development and client presentations for strategic projects
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to contract requirements
