Olsson is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, multi-disciplinary airport design projects from scope through delivery. You will interface with clients, guide teams, and ensure quality, schedule, and budget alignment across programs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for complex airport projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering preferred or an associate degree with equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in the consulting industry and 10+ years managing airport design projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering business consulting.
• Excellent client service orientation, communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Solid interpersonal and decision‑making skills and the ability to generate innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, execution, and delivery of large and complex airport design projects across the firm.
• Manages contracts, staffing, budgeting, and procurement to ensure efficient resources and successful outcomes.
• Monitors project performance, milestones, and deliverables with PM tools and best practices.
• Identifies and mitigates risks, develops contingency plans, and communicates with stakeholders.
• Builds and maintains positive client relationships while achieving project financial goals.
