Harrison Consulting Solutions in Fayetteville, AR, seeks an experienced Senior Airport Project Manager to lead complex airport projects from planning through delivery. You will manage teams, define scope, schedule, and ensure quality and safety standards on-site.

The role requires extensive consulting and project management experience, strong client service, and leadership abilities, with a focus on stakeholder communication and business development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, or planning (or associate degree with equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of consulting experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of engineering business consulting.
• Excellent client service orientation, communication, leadership and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of large/complex projects from planning to delivery.
• Lead and manage project teams.
• Define scope, complexity, planning, and scheduling for large projects.
• Assist with developing quality assurance standards for the firm (regular reviews/audits).
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and budgets.
• Mentor/train junior staff and assist with business development.
• Update stakeholders on project status and manage resources for successful outcomes.
• Monitor project performance and address issues.
• Communicate with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Ensure safety compliance for on-site staff.
