Job summary

SkyCity in St. Croix, USVI is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead multi-site airport initiatives in collaboration with VIPA, Tikehau Star Infra, Aecon and consultants. Based full-time in St.

Croix with travel to St. Thomas, you will oversee develop/design/construction across two airports. You will drive planning, contracts, design and construction, ensuring schedule, budget, risk and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Architect/Engineering/Construction Management/Business Administration/PM)
• 10+ years of project management experience on airport/civil infrastructure projects
• Proven leadership across multiple sites and complex programs
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with airport projects is required
• PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Guide project teams and interface with contractors across two airport sites.
• Manage resources, schedules, budgets and contracts to meet performance goals.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for on-schedule delivery.
• Communicate with stakeholders and report progress to management.
• Oversee design, construction, testing and commissioning activities.
• Ensure QA/QC processes and contract requirements are followed.
