Job summary

Avports is seeking a Senior Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for Cyril E. King Airport (STT) and Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (STX) in a two-airport environment.

This role focuses on maintenance leadership, regulatory readiness, and coordination with airport leadership, operations, tenants, and contractors. You will oversee preventive maintenance, capital projects, and contractor performance while ensuring safety, reliability, and alignment with Avports standards during the USVI

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of facilities maintenance experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience supporting FAA Part 139 compliance and capital projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee airport maintenance programs for terminal facilities, lighting, pavement, utilities, and HVAC systems.
• Lead and supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and trades personnel.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and maintenance procedures.
• Support FAA Part 139 compliance and readiness activities.
• Monitor contracts, vendor performance, and capital improvement projects.
• Maintain records, documentation, and budget data.
