The City of Dallas is seeking a Division Manager-Aviation to lead airport operations both airside and landside, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will set goals, manage budgets, and drive improvements across all aviation activities in a dynamic municipal environment.

Responsibilities include implementing ACM, AEP, WHMP, SICP plans, coordinating with FAA/Tower representatives, and leading teams to achieve efficiency and safe operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Aviation Management, or related field.
• Seven years of professional experience in Airport Operations, Airport Security, or Aviation Industry Public Safety/Law Enforcement.
• Four years of supervisory/management experience.
• Valid driver's license and FAA/TSA background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and direct all airside and landside operations; ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Develop short-, mid-, and long-term goals; manage schedules, staffing, and budgets.
• Implement and maintain Airport Certification Manual, AEP, WHMP, and SICP plans.
• Monitor performance, improve efficiency, and manage vendor relations and environmental compliance.
• Represent the program at meetings, hearings, and with FAA/TSA to stay updated on regulations.
