Arcadis U.S.Inc. is seeking an experienced Mechanical/MEP Inspector to join our on-site data center construction team.

The role focuses on reviewing designs, performing inspections, and coordinating with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure conformance with project plans and specifications. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical or mechanical inspection, strong knowledge of codes, and proficiency with Procore.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent education.
• 5+ years' of Electrical or Mechanical Inspection experience, or 10+ years in commercial field inspection.
• Procore or similar project management software familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Review project basis of design and specifications, compile comments, and participate in readiness sync meetings.
• Develop inspection and checklist templates to ensure build quality compliance.
• Schedule and lead quality control meetings with the GC and other contractors.
• Review and ensure compliance with the GC's QC Plan, Testing and Inspection Plan, and Equipment Protection Plan.
• Conduct thorough inspections and maintain documentation via Procore.
