Orange Barrel Media is seeking a Senior Designer to shape advertising environments at airports nationwide. You will travel weekly to assess spaces, document conditions, and translate observations into interior and exterior signage concepts that align with architectural context and advertising objectives.

You’ll present drawings, collaborate with teammates, and coordinate with real estate development, construction, and sales to deliver cohesive proposals for a growing national portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year degree in architecture or related field is required.
• At least four years of experience in a professional design office.
• Ability to produce presentation drawings using CAD software.
• Strong spatial planning skills and the ability to translate site observations into thoughtful design recommendations.
• Willingness to travel weekly for site visits and project needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and adaptable problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Travel weekly to airports nationwide for site visits and surveys, documenting conditions and advertising assets.
• Identify opportunities for new and expanded advertising placements within interior and exterior airport environments.
• Develop signage concepts considering architectural context, visibility, circulation, and advertising goals.
• Create presentation drawings to communicate existing conditions, proposed signage locations, and concepts.
• Collaborate with OBM Architecture Studio peers on cohesive proposals integrating siting, design, and narrative.
• Partner with real estate development, construction, and advertising sales teams to develop feasible proposals.
• Organize site documentation and manage design deliverables across multiple projects.
