Job summary

Real Time Consulting seeks an experienced Project Engineer to join our aircraft surveillance product team. The PE manages technical aspects, leads engineering execution, and partners with Program Management to meet schedule and cost objectives.

This role spans pursuit, development, production, and post-delivery support, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and leadership to deliver quality solutions within budget and schedule while maintaining clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of project engineering experience.
• Graduate degree with 7+ years of related project engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and development processes.
• Experience leading technical teams in complex engineering programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Managers to ensure program execution against objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate engineering resources.
• Interface with customers to discuss technical and contractual requirements.
• Support proposal development including WBS, BOE, IMS, and risk assessment.
• Oversee system architecture, design trade studies, testing and production transition.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.
