Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 years of related structural assembly experience.
• Experience with Solumina and SmarTeam preferred.
• Q-Stamp preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with measuring devices and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural assembly, fitting, drilling, riveting, and installation operations on aircraft components and structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, technical instructions, work orders, lofts, and sketches.
• Complete layout, fabrication, installation, and repair work per engineering and quality requirements.
• Rivet structural assemblies using hand and pneumatic tools with close tolerances.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Inspection to ensure FAA compliance.
• Mentor and train teammates in blueprint interpretation and installation techniques.
